		<description>It seems like the only thing new in that bill are the incentives.. and money for traning  which are great. Relatives , at least in California, were always required to be notifed as well as the sibling issue was already in place. Each state is so different.

So it looks like it provides more money for them to make permanent  commitments. Thanks for sharing!  I am now working with seniors after being in child welfare for 18 years.</description>
