Hooping
I’ve been a hooping enthusiast since I was a kid but I lost touch with it for many years. Lately, companies like Body Hoops.com have brought hooping back to life with a twist on fitness.
I’m seriously considering becoming a certified hoop instructor so I can teach classes in Long Beach. But first, I’m doing a fundraiser. If you want to support my training as a certified hoop instructor, here’s what you can do:
