Hearts of Space is one of those constants in my life that I never tell anyone about. It's a little strange, and not particularly "catchy".
None of the songs have poetic lyrics or infectous guitar riffs. In fact, it's almost as if Hearts of Space beams you up into it's starship, takes you on a vacation and spits you out at home when it's over. Sometimes you don't remember where you've been.
Recently, I discovered that Hearts of Space episodes play regularly at night on XM Satelitte Channel 77 Audio Visions. I have been swept away, night after night; lulled away into a world of unbounded creativity. I find that the shows make a perfect backdrop for creative writing, drawing or sewing.
These past few nights I've been working on my Self-Fulfilling Scrapbook. A collection of words, images and affirmations that signify the type of person I want to be and the legacy I want to leave on this earth. I decided to set aside a half-hour each night to either read it or add new pictures or words as needed.
I have to admit. My life feels like it's falling apart right now and I'm struck by the financial crisis just like lots of other people. But that doesn't mean it's a good idea for me to sit around and create more of the same does it? Heck, if this Secret stuff works at all, I really have some cleaning up to do in the belief department if you know what I mean.
But I'm getting off topic. What I'm trying to say is that if you need some music to open up your creative flow, check out Hearts of Space. If you want more info on consciously creating your life, check out my hypnosis services and maybe we can schedule an appointment. I also have an audio download of a session I did with a woman who was seriously blocked creatively. True story: she cleared away 20 dumpsters of clutter from her house after she had this session with me.
By the way, you can go to the ever so spacey Hearts of Space website and sign up to receive their playlist free. You can also listen to the show free, but only on Sunday's. Other than that you have to buy a Access Plan. They have a lot of options available, from a $3, 3-day pass to annual plans for as low as $30. If you've been trying to find the perfect music to meditate or relax to, this just might be what you're looking for. Hearts of Space – A Musical Trip for Space Fans
