Cross-country screaming – run a little, then stop and think about something that makes you mad and belt out a good one. When you feel better, run a little more and repeat. 7. Volleycrawl – just like volleyball, only you play on your hands and knees. Not only will you get a great workout trying to scamper towards the ball on all fours, you’ll have some serious athletic bruises to brag about at work the next day. 6. Ab master – we all know those ab machines don’t really work (which is why you can usually get one for $1 at almost any garage sale all summer long). So forget the machine, and hire someone to tell you your abs are amazing for someone your age. It might cost a little more, but it’s worth it.

5. Glee-robics – you don’t have to spend money on exercise DVDs; you just need to try to keep up with the Glee kids’ dance routines every Tuesday night. You’ll not only break a sweat, you may finally figure out who Lady Gaga is. 4. Downhill pogo jumping – anyone can ski downhill; on the other hand, it takes a real athlete to traverse down a 6-degree incline on a pogo stick. If you wear your hair in pigtails, they may help break the fall. 3. Poll dancing – in 2010, women were shimmying around poles to get a workout, but if you really want an aerobic challenge, try going door-to-door asking people what they think about the economic recovery or immigration. All that running and ducking will give you thighs of steel. 2. Broomba – you may have heard of Zumba, the hottest new Latin dance-based exercise craze. 1. Stiletto camp – forget boot camp; that’s for wimps. Try doing jumping jacks and kick-boxing in 5” heels. Now that’s a workout! Especially for the guys.
