In addition to being a roller derby fan, I also love ice hockey. Especially the Stanley Cup Finals. The entire career of some of the players is on the line. Every single move matters. The excitement in the crowd is unstoppable. (As a side note, Every single Derby Doll bout is as exciting as just about any playoff game. As of now, you can still get tickets for the bout on May 31 between the Tough Cookies and the Sirens).

Any Roller Derby lover, hockey player or hockey fan has to admit that some of the falls are fascinating. But this is the fall that takes them all. Check it out as Marc-André Fleury runs full speed toward the ice in his skates just before he falls face first in Pittsburgh. Remember, its the first day of the Stanley Cup Finals. Of course, someone got it on film and televised it. (Funny Video!)
